Adam Keeping

Adam graduated from University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy.

He completed post graduate courses in Manual Therapy from the Orthopaedic division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and is currently working towards a Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy.

He has also completed postgraduate courses in taping/bracing, acupuncture, and advanced exercise. 

Prior to physiotherapy, Adam graduated with honours from York University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

He has experience in general surgery/medicine, mental health, cardiovascular, neurology, pediatrics, and geriatrics; and has performed consultation services for diabetes, wound care, and exercise tolerance for those with cardiovascular diseases. He worked at Toronto Western hospital on the Neurovascular unit for 4 years and has since obtained his NIHSS, TOR-BSST, and Level 1 Coronary Care certificates.

Adam has experience treating a diverse group of clients with various age and fitness levels, including treating motor-vehicle accident and WSIB cases. He utilizes a combination of education, manual therapy, specific strength training, acupuncture and other pain modalities in treating all conditions and injuries.

He believes this comprehensive, client specific approach, will best help his clients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
